Participating in a Creative Mentoring session with me could help you through all these different processes integral to developing a successful professional career as an artist, and a sound creative identity to accompany it.

Sessions are conducted over one hour over Zoom — although if you are located in inner East, South-East, or North London, and would prefer to meet in-person over tea or coffee, I could arrange this at no extra cost. Zoom sessions will have their audio, video, and transcript recorded; these recordings will be sent to you via email following the conclusion of our session together, so that you can revisit them and more easily take notes from them in your own time. (As a neurodivergent person myself, the ability to record and revisit meeting transcripts has proven a godsend for me, so I am always keen to offer this service to everyone I meet with.) Recordings and transcripts are held on a cloud service called Fathom, whose Privacy Policy can be found here — if you would prefer not to have our session recorded in any way, please let me know.

If you are unsure whether you would like to work with me, I offer free 15-minute one-on-one trial mentoring sessions over Zoom, designed to help me get a feel for your practice and your current creative needs, and to help you get a feel for what it would be like working with me. If you would like to send me a portfolio of work examples prior to our meeting, please feel free. Please note, however, that while I may read very short artist statements, project overviews, or summaries of scripts/short stories/applications prior to these sessions, I will not read or review longer pieces of text or written grant/residency applications. I offer a separate service packaging creative mentoring sessions with a writing review service, starting at £90 for a one-hour session + 2,000 words reviewed and critiqued in advance.
